Fixed price · £395
The Commercial Ecommerce Audit. £395.
A commercially focused review of one Shopify store or marketplace account, prioritised by revenue, margin and effort, delivered as a plan you can act on with or without me. Not a 60 page PDF of screenshots.
What you get
Everything included for £395.
- Full review of one Shopify store or one marketplace account
- Detailed review of up to 10 priority pages or listings
- Conversion, merchandising and customer journey assessment
- Pricing, margin and promotional structure review
- Written action plan, prioritised by commercial impact and effort
- Clear owner and rough time estimate against every action
- Recorded walkthrough or a live review call, your choice
- Two weeks of follow-up questions by email at no extra cost
Larger stores, large catalogues or multi-channel audits may require a tailored quote. That is agreed in writing before any work begins.
How it runs
Four steps, about a week.
- Free 30-minute call. You tell me where it is stuck. I tell you honestly whether an audit is the right next move, or whether something else is.
- Access and context. Read-only access to the store or account plus analytics, and a short brief on your goals, margins and constraints.
- The review. Five to seven working days of actual digging: journey, pages, range, pricing, merchandising, reporting.
- The handover. A prioritised action plan plus a recorded walkthrough or live call, then two weeks of follow-up questions.
Fit
Who this is and is not for.
Worth it if
- You are trading already and something has plateaued or slipped
- You suspect the problem is commercial, not just traffic
- You want a prioritised list, not a list of everything
- You have someone who can act on it, internally or through an agency
Not worth it if
- You have not launched yet and have no data to read
- You want a guaranteed sales figure attached to the output
- You want a document for a board pack rather than a plan to act on
- Nobody has capacity to action anything for the next six months
Questions
Before you book.
Read-only or collaborator access to the store or marketplace account, plus analytics. Nothing changes without your say-so. If access is a problem, I can work from exports and a screen share instead.
Typically five to seven working days from receiving access, depending on catalogue size.
The audit ends with a prioritised plan you can hand to anyone. If you would rather I did the work, the audit fee comes off the first improvement sprint.
It covers one Shopify store or one marketplace account with a review of up to 10 priority pages or listings. Very large catalogues or multi-channel audits get a tailored quote, agreed before anything starts.
That has not happened yet, but if I genuinely cannot find enough to justify the fee, I will tell you before you pay.
Start with an email, not an invoice.
One email, no obligation. If the audit is not the right next step for you, I will say so.
